However small a thing may be , it can be of great utility if the user has brain and power of application.

A farmer had four sons. He had a lot of fields to manage. He decided to test the efficiency and responsibility of his sons. Grain is the treasure of all treasures for farmers. So he handed over a handful of grains to each of them asking them to deal with it as they pleased.
The first son mixed  those grains with other things, cooked them and ate them. The second one kept them in a small bag with the intention of returning them incase his father asked for it. The third one, thinking them to be insignificant just threw them before the birds to eat. The fourth son took those grains and sowed them in a field, watered and took care of them. After a few months he returned with a big sack full of grains and handed it over to his father.
When the farmer came to know about the details as to how others dealt with the grains, he decided to entrust the responsibility of managing his fields to the ablest boy, his fourth son .
