The root cause of problems
A lady appointed a new gardener ( novice ) to water her flower garden. After some time she noticed that all her plants were withering. She called the gardener whether he was watering the plants regularly. He replied that he was doing that by pouring water over the flowers and leaves. The lady admonished him telling that flowers and leaves seen are outward appearances of the plant where as the life of a plant is in roots which is hidden and not seen outside. Plants can grow healthy only when roots are watered. The nourishment of plants is seen in the form of leaves and flowers.
Like this gardener, people are carried away by the external appearances . No one tries to understand the cause or the truth which is unseen.
This is the root cause of all problems.
